Our breakfast discussion series continues with another great program at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 15 at Campbell Law School (225 Hillsborough Street, Raleigh). Kristine Sullivan, supervising attorney with Disability Rights NC, will present on how the NC Rules of Professional Responsibility can guide attorneys in identifying diminished capacity, preserving attorney-client privilege, best communications practices and how to deal with conflicts. Breakfast is free for all Tenth Judicial District and WCBA members. One hour of general CLE credit is pending, and is free for WCBA members and $35 for non-members.
