We are offering a 1.5 hour CLE on Thursday, January 31 at the Wake County Courthouse, courtroom 10C to go over the new rules. WCBA members can take this course for free and non-WCBA members are charged $45 for the course. According to Trial Court Administrator, the new Civil Superior Court rules went into effect as of January 7, 2013.
