**REGISTRATION CLOSED, WALK-INS WELCOME** November Breakfast Discussion: Self Care: Finding the Healthy Work/Life Balance
Our November breakfast discussion series, sponsored by Lawyers Mutual, will continue our tradition of supporting members during a stressful time of the year, hosted by the Lawyers Support Committee. This year’s program, “Self-Care: Finding the Healthy Work/Life Balance,” will be presented by Glen A. Martin, Ph.D. of HRC Behavioral Health & Psychiatry, PA. This course will review the common causes, symptoms, and long and short-term effects of stress on our physical and psychological health and focus on strategies to create a healthy work/life balance. Join us at Campbell School of Law at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 15 for this important discussion which is pending1.0 hour of substance abuse/mental health credit. As always, CLE credit is free for WCBA members and $30 for non-members. Please plan to park on the street or at The City of Raleigh Municipal Parking Deck, which is the closest to the Law School, at 201 West Morgan Street between McDowell and Dawson Streets. Coffee and pastries will be served.
